The Buddha said, “Drop by drop is the water pot filled.”
This is a continuation of small steps, and that fast growth is overrated as we discussed yesterday.
Today I would like you to minimize external distractions and stimulations. This can be the most important way to make a focus of small steps leading to habit forming. Focus on your distractions like a phone, multitasking or outside noises and try to minimize them. By removing external distractions and stimulations, you will be able to fill the water pot, drop by drop. This means throughout the day, you do what you say you are going to do, and by following through on commitment. This is the easiest way to fill your pot, drop by drop.
