Aphele takes us through The Shark infested waters of a tricky URC season where Europe has been their only relief. It’s why Friday’s showdown has such an added dimension, it’s the be all or end all for both The Sharks and their opponents Gloucester. 

Aphele also relives his dream debut for the Springboks. I mean has there ever been a better first touch in the history international rugby? We also hear what it means for him and his family to be a Springbok.

Meanwhile Hasto gives us an update on everything to do with Blair Kinghorn. It’s funny that Blair spent most of our recent catch up telling us all about Hasto…. Ah the star crossed lovers. We hear about the significance of this redemptive match at Tottenham Hotspur's Stadium, the fallout from that drubbing at the hands of the Saints and his move to Glasgow. Will Hasto’s GF be joining him or will golf with Ryan be too time consuming?

In terms of the boys, Max’s season comes to an end but not before we wax lyrical about his try scoring prowess and London being painted Bears over the weekend.
