Mackenzie, or Macka, is an endurance athlete with an equal passion for fast road running and also ultra-long-distance trail running. After thru-hiking the 1,000km long Bibbulmun Track in 2021, Macka returned to the same trail this year to attempt the Fastest Known Time. He achieved his goal in stunning fashion, running the track in under 9 days, pushing through many unexpected challenges along the way.
