Cultivating awareness through identity mapping. Who do we believe we are? This is our life lived thus far but also the assumptions we make, and what moments have passed and our purpose in them.
This is not just how we perceive ourselves, but how others perceive us.
Trauma and the effect it has on us is part of who we are. Through identity mapping we can determine our values, personality traits and how we form memories that define us. We can consider what we were intentionally aware of and what we simply moved through.
Until we become aware of who we are, we are unsure of our identity.
We can introduce awareness through identity mapping and alter the awareness of who we are. We can then decide who we are now and who we become.
