Dipping into peace is the topic we will focus on as we continue our journey with self empowerment. Transcendental Meditation can be a powerful tool to help to dip into peace. With all types of internal and external turmoil, whatever you use from meditation to prayer is how to tune out from these distractions.
The ability to enter peace and presence is the deepest type of awareness. Developing this awareness comes from practice. Start slow and get in the routine to dwell in presence. When the thoughts are kept at bay as you are at one. It becomes a state of mind that allows us to feel a connection with all that is.
