其实 Lily 已经提前帮你想到了，这次我有机会访问到 EF学校的课程总监Alexis，已经在EF校区六年的他，处理过不少大大小小的问题，毕竟是语言学校，大多刚进学校的学生都有共同的问题。

EF课程总监Alexis在EF圣塔芭芭拉中心六年经验以下是访谈的其中一段内容！

我问：当我在新生训练的时候，我的脑海里总是闪出这样的问题，我知道有很多学生来这 里学习时只说很少的英语，（Alexis：真的！）他们会理解你吗？

Alexis: One reasonweusethepowerpoint,is tohelpstudentswhohave verylow English, we usephotos, we usepictures, we usenumbers tohelp withseeing, also what we were saying. Andyouknow,salesoffices,beforestudentscomehere,alsoknowall ofthis, andIaskthemtoalsocommunicate withandmaybeintheirnativelanguage,which is very helpful.

Alexis 回答：这也是我们为什么用投影片来帮助我们的英语程度较差的学生，我们用照片、图片、数字来帮助他们理解我们说话的内容。然后，在学生居住当地的办公室的销售人员也会知道我们讲的东西，他们会在学生来之前用母语帮助他们理解这些细节。

Andsometimestoo,wewillhaveotherstudents, youknow, let’s saythere’ssomeone having troubleandIknow there’saC-level studentwhospeaks thesamelanguage, andI’ll say,you knowwhat, let megrabso-and-so,andhey,doyou mindhelpingme? We’llhave aconversation whereit’llbetranslated…also it’snicetomeetsomeone thatspeaksthesame language,so there’s two things sothat’sreally good.

有时候我们也会找高级班的学生，我会拜托他们帮我翻译母语给这些学生，然后他们也有机会认识彼此，这样可以一石二鸟，真的很棒。
