I think it's natural to be resistant to process but you also need to understand and recognize that it's near impossible to scale a business effectively, long term, without actually creating process documentation.

Everywhere area you're investing time, effort, energy and money should have processes built around them. 

You may feel that implementing processes can be an imposition but for your team, they crave it! It gives them predictability and makes them feel safe and confident that they can complete their job. 

If you don't have processes in place you will always be exposed. The same mistakes will continue to happen and you will continue to miss the same things every time. 

Stop fighting process, you don't need to.  Process is going to liberate you.  The earlier you put processes in place the better.  Process in business will help you scale far faster and with less pain and anxiety.
