Mike Day is one of the most successful and popular Bmxers of his time.  Winning a silver medal at the Olympics is one of his crowning achievements not to mention going on the Oprah Winfrey show :)  Mike opens up about the pressure that chasing the Olympic dream brings , the challenges he faces retiring from a sport like bmx , fatherhood and so much more.  It is a really open and candid conversation about his life in bmx with many lessons that can be learned.  What an awesome chat.
