That's the question on the table from Tammie in today's Quick Tip Tuesday and my short answer...it depends on how experienced of a painter you are! The answer, like most things in home design, is more nuanced than a simple yes or no. In today's episode, we talk about how important it is to know the end goal of the bathroom in order to make a decision to paint or replace.
