In this episode, I am sharing the differences between the fear of success and the fear of failure, how to see the roots of it and how to reframe it to see it differently.
In this episode, we discuss: 1) Fear of failure relates to the feeling of not meeting our own expectations. Fear of success relates to the belief we have in ourselves in our ability to hold our success, hold the growth and who we might lose in the process or how it might change our lives or relationships. We also may feel the fear of judgment and what others will think or say about us when we change. 2) Explore the origins of the fears, see how and when it shows up, spend time visualizing success, manage the stress and anxiety and find a way to see it for what it is, a chance for our ego to keep us “safe” 3) Look for evidence or proof of how many times you have actually proven to yourself that you are capable and able to create this change in your life? The proof is there when you look for it.
