Today’s question: What kind of boundaries help Avoidant Attachment style people stay accountable but feel safe enough to re-engage with me?
Answer: Understanding that going from alone time to connection time can be very difficult. You are used to regulating your emotions on your own. Understanding this is difficult and not shaming yourself is key. You can create a ‘soft bridge’ to help with your connection time. Self Awareness is going to help you to clarify your boundaries and needs when entering your connection time will be advantageous to helping develop these boundaries.
