I have totally been there (and actually still, no two days are exactly alike), but having a rhythm and flow to our days is a non-negotiable for us now that I’ve learned what I have and seen the difference it has made in not only my life, but my kids and husband as well. In today’s episode, we’re going to be talking specifically about WHY routines are so important for kids.

It’s easy to understand that having better routines would help us as busy moms to feel more balanced and intentional with our days overall, but many people don’t think about the impact it has on our kids (on both sides, whether we’re looking at intentional consistency or the flip side, chaos and unpredictability).
