In this episode, I have a couple of different perspective shifts when it comes to visualizing your goals and bringing your visions to life. This episode was inspired by Mel Robbins and one of her podcast episodes and it really hit home when I recognized that I spend more time visualizing the “end game or end product” instead of visualizing the mistakes, the challenges and getting up from them and moving forward.
In this episode, we discuss: 1) How can you visualize and focus on the things that don’t go perfectly in the pursuit of your goals and still find the mindset to stay on track?
2) Where can you recognize your own patterns of self sabotage and see how to catch it earlier and put a plan into action? 3) Where can you have fun with this process, instead of focusing on perfection, focusing on all the surprising ways that your vision can come to life?
