She tells her story about how she developed an eating disorder while training as a professional ballet dancer & how it almost took her life. After being admitted to the hospital, Cati began her hard journey to recovery and can now proudly call her self an anorexia survivor, devoting her time to help others who are struggling. She talks taking the first steps to recovery, how to help a friend & what you should NEVER say to someone struggling with disordered eating. She educates us on the different ways eating disorders can appear in someone's life and how to properly reach out.
