In this episode, I am sharing my experience with scriptwriting as a part of the extended work of affirmations. It’s not as simple as standing and speaking affirmations. It is about changing your thoughts from the level of your subconscious mind. These are the steps I use to write a script for my brain to focus on where it is going. Your conscious mind creates the goals, and your subconscious mind is the one that will prevent you from reaching those goals. This is the home of all of your limiting thoughts, beliefs, and mindset.
In today’s episode we discuss:
1) Start with your gratitudes for where you are today and what your key values are and what you want to change.
2) Pick a timeline to focus on and write your intentions for how you want it to unfold, and speak it into existence as though it is your reality.
3) Writing, re-writing, speaking it out loud, or recording the script in your phone to listen to regularly to help embed those goals/visions into your subconscious mind.
