Episode 36 -  In honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr and Mental Wellness Month, let's Take the First Step towards becoming a mentally healthy YOU in 2022. In this episode, Coach Kelly Marie offers 5 easy action steps that you can implement right now to increase your mental wellness.

Today is 'Blue Monday', a day during Mental Wellness Month, usually the third Monday in January. The holidays are over, and many people start to realize the consequences of their actions when caught up in the spirit of the season. Credit card bills, weight gain, and seasonal depression are associated with Blue Monday.

It is reportedly the saddest day of the year. But it doesn’t have to be!

Today is also Martin Luther King Day in America; a day to reflect on the life lessons taught by Dr. King such as Hope, Faith, Love, Gratitude and Action.
