A New Jersey police chief is under fire for allegedly fostering a hostile workplace through what he reportedly considered “pranks.” Five officers have filed documentation that accuses Robert Farley of everything from defecating into trash cans and on the floor, as well as sticking an officer in the genitals with a hypodermic needle. Law&Crime’s Jesse Weber spoke with attorney Patrick Toscano, who is representing the five officers, about the craziest accusations.
