In this episode I am honored to have as my guest Dr. Bing Henderson. He is a farmer, Christ-follower, and physician. Formerly serving as a medical missionary, Dr. Bing now manages Shepherds Bridge Farm where they raise sheep and hay. He is passionate about bringing his faith in Jesus to bear in both health stewardship and soil stewardship. In his own words: 

"We are what we eat and what we eat eats.We need to be aware of what we
subject our bodies to and really think about where the food we eat comes from,
One of my passions is to bring people into a greater awareness of where their
food comes from, and to quote Socrates: we should let our food be our
medicine."
