Behind @Chokes_and_More is Miko Hytonen, a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Brown Belt under Santeri Lilius at Lilius&Barnatt Martial Arts in Malaga, Spain. Originally from Finland, Miko did a lot of "stupid things" before leaving his home country for Spain, where he found Jiu Jitsu and built a new life full of Jiu-Jitsu, Sun, and Palm Trees.
