Everyone has made mistakes in business and I’m no exception. But mistakes are great! They give us the opportunity to learn valuable lessons that help us to grow and build a stronger business. 

In this episode, I’m filling you in on 5 things I’ve learnt from my business successes and failures. These five lessons have come from personal experience starting and running multiple ecommerce businesses while having a family. 

I’m sharing my story with you today because I don’t want you to ignore the warning signs of burn out and adrenal fatigue. I needed to heal from that time with support from my team, but I took the lesson away from the experience and learned how to run my business successfully without becoming exhausted. 

I have become very clear on my priorities and what I want out of life. This clarity has enabled me to make decisions that are in alignment with my goals and achieve amazing results. I encourage you to take the gold nuggets out of my lessons and apply them to your business to learn from my experience and look after yourself in the process.
