The Greek word teraso paints a picture of our hearts like murky water, and Jesus offers clarity through stillness and connection. Science even shows our hearts beat in sync with others when we’re close, a reminder of the deep relational design we’re made for. Jesus, who embodies vulnerability as both God and man, calls us to recognize His presence in the weak, the overlooked, and the fragile—because peace isn’t found in control but in surrender.
