I was lucky enough to catch up with the great Phil Anderson a few weeks ago for a conference and then dinner.

He was more bullish on the Australian and global economy than any other time I have seen him live.

He mentioned the fear in the media will be short-lived and that he personally sees strong price growth in a number of real estate markets in the next 4 to 5 years.

During dinner we discussed the 18.6-year economic cycle and why it's impossible to have a recession this year.
