Nicholas Shaxson is a British author, journalist and investigator. He is best known for his investigative books Poisoned Wells and Treasure Islands, both extensive investigations into the corrupt and horrific world of tax evasion, financial secrecy and the rest.

Nicholas Shaxson has worked as a part-time writer and researcher for the Tax Justice Network, an expert-led lobbying group that includes members such as Jim Henry, a former guest on the podcast, and they focus on the harmful impacts of tax avoidance, tax competition and tax havens.

In this podcast, Nicholas Shaxson and I discussed exclusively the Pandora Papers and nothing further beyond delving into his bread and butter - financial havens.
