I remember when I interviewed Mara Hauser back in 2017 on eposide #50 of the Everything Coworking podcast about Suburban Coworking. No one was really sure back then that it was going to be a sustainable concept. 

 

In 2023, Caddo is building 35,000 foot suburban locations that they refer to as: “Your neighborhood office space. Flexible office rentals, coworking space and day office rentals.”  ​​
