Today we will give three tips to showing self love that are important to me.
First, is listening to high vibrational music. This is any type of music that is above four hundred and thirty-two hertz. Generally this is going to be orchestra music.
Second, get moving and dance. This gets the body moving and this also raises your vibration that goes along with listening to high vibrational music.
Third, It sounds simple but, Laugh. Watching a funny movie, or a comedian doing stand up.
