Today we will start with the lower chakras. We will discuss the root, sacral, and solar chakras. 

Root is the base chakra. This is where you feel grounded. It is associated with the color red. This can help you tune into the root chakra.

Sacral is in the lower abdomen. When this is open you are feeling good about yourself. This is also associated with sexuality. This is associated with the color orange. 

The solar chakra is in the upper abdomen. This is associated with the color yellow. Both abdominal chakras work together. Imagine your gut feeling. This is the abdominal chakras. 

Some way to stimulate the lower chakras other than colors is deep breathing.
