In this episode, I am sharing some thoughts on what is more important, the thoughts you think or the words you speak. We all have chatter, we get to decide how much of an influence that chatter will have on us and how it can predict what we do or don’t create in our lives. We all have a voice in our head, we are our biggest cheerleader or our biggest critic. Yes it is important to say and speak positive language to life, but those positive words mean nothing if they are built on a massive pile of negative thoughts that are trapped inside our head.
In today’s episode we discuss: 1) Practice regular journaling and brain dumping to see the thoughts you are thinking and the chatter in your head. 2) Your words speak life into what you are creating. Speak to where you are going, what you are creating, and when you combine powerful thoughts and words with action steps you will become unstoppable. 3) Meditation is a method to recognize the chatter, quiet the chatter, and allow you to get outside of yourself which will help you to persevere when you face challenges.
