The endocrine system is responsible for our metabolism and mood among other things. It affects almost every organ in our bodies.
When adrenal glands are overactive this can cause a permanent state of stress. Adaptogens are a great way to combat this on a chemical level. Adaptogens possess anti fatigue and antidepressant qualities. They can help with mental exhaustion and stress.
Daily supplementation with adaptogens can help mitigate anxiety and stress and exhaustion.
