For the last 3 years he has studied under the Authority in this field, Dr. Robert Cialdini and was recently awarded the title of Cialdini Method Certified Trainer (CMCT). Currently, Dr. Phelps is the only Dentist or Medical Professional who is Certified to speak on Dr. Cialdini’s Principles. As such, Dr. Phelps is able to speak on Dr. Cialdini’s behalf and holds a two day workshop on how to ethically set the stage for more patients to say YES to what we will ask of him.
