The other day at a team meeting my upline stated that someone said if she was going to advance she would have by now and that was discouraging. Do you agree that our team has flatlined and will never be successful?

So I had a lot  of things going on, most of my leaders have told me that they're really not interested in building anymore, I'm struggling with technology, and I just feel really alone. I don't know where to begin and how to move forward.
