1) What are you waiting for? What story are you telling yourself about why you have to wait for x, y or z to happen before you can start? Who says we’re too old? It isn’t coming from others, it is the message in our own head. 

2) What if you are exactly where you are supposed to be? What if you are perfectly designed to be exactly where you are right now? What if you now have the knowledge, experience, and expertise to be able to hold that new experience? 3) What you are waiting for is not coming.  Rooms are calling for you to step into and you have gifts at any age that you can use to support others with, so let’s change the narrative and say yes to the work we are being called here to do.
