In this episode, Dean and Deryk are joined by Jesse Bobrowski. Jesse is the Vice President of Business Development at Calvert Home Mortgage Investment Corporation from the Greater Calgary Metropolitan Area in Alberta, who has over 17 years of experience in real estate lending and investing.
Calvert is the Canadian leader in short-term lending, providing fast, flexible, alternative mortgages to help people buy homes and to help real estate investors bring new life to houses in need of repair. In his role, Jesse develops, nurtures, and grows relationships with Mortgage Brokers, capital partners, and borrowers, as well as mentors and supports the Calvert business development, marketing, and underwriting teams.
