#53 How I'm Training for a 100 Mile Ultra Marathon

In this episode, I share in depth how I've been preparing for my 100 mile ultra marathon this July. I'm currently running 6-7x/week and lifting legs 2x/week (upper body 2x/week). Training has been brutal but great. Jon and I also discuss our appreciation for farming and the hard work that farmers do.
