We continue our discussion on Mental Health Awareness. May is Mental Health Awareness month. We have discussed common types of Mental Health as well as tools and habits to help heal from Mental Health issues. This week we continue with more tools and habits to help the healing process. Today we discuss, phone an old friend.
Many relationships don’t end badly. Many times relationships just slowly drift in different directions. It is easier to not reach out the longer time passes. The thoughts that keep you from calling an old friend first need to be set aside. Consider that you are only one call away from clearing the thoughts that kept you from continuing the relationship.
Consider that maybe they are feeling the same and are afraid to reach out. Then once the connection is made, you find they feel the same. The regret of not trying is worse than the regret of having not tried.
