In this episode, I am sharing some thoughts on self-judgment and how it is actually costing you opportunities. It is our thoughts on self-judgment that muddy the waters with our beliefs about ourselves and then continue to block us from all that is available for us. This continues to derail your confidence and personal growth.
In today’s episode we discuss:
1) Recognizing the self-judgment thoughts, the awareness of them, and then not further shaming ourselves in the process. 2) The next step is to look for evidence or proof (you will find what you are looking for), replace the self-critical thoughts, challenge/break the negative loop, and then continue to practice self-compassion and mindfulness. 3) It’s a process and it takes practice, and when you are willing to call yourself out on your own BS you will be able to change the words and messages you are telling yourself.
