Have you ever seen a leader just stand and give orders? How many times have you heard lead from the front? Great leaders are on the ground, on the front lines, doing the tasks that their employees, soldiers do everyday. When the difficult times arise, great leaders are there with their team, doing the same.

The path to effective leadership is paved with humility and not pride. 

Consider Elon Musk sleeping at the factory of Tesla and working the line during the pandemic.

C.S. Lewis says this about humility. “Humility is not thinking less of yourself, it is thinking of yourself less.”
