All great leaders are resilient. The story we'll see shows this. Depending on how we react to an event, we'll see. It is told as a farmer that loses a horse and something is bad. The farmer says, “we’ll see.” We really don’t know the results or outcome until all the dominoes have fallen.

Today, remember to choose resilience over the result. Overcoming the difficulties, adapting to challenging situations is resilience. 

There tend to be four elements of resilience. One is responsibility, two is confidence, three is emotional intelligence, and four, competence. It isn’t lost that competency is last. The first three can overcome competence.
