The next BirthLab Class is happening at Vivid Women's Health THIS Saturday, 12/7 at 9:30am! In-person spots are full, but you can still join via live stream. This class won't run again until the Spring, so be sure to sign up if you are due before then!

Your local hospital class is great, and helpful for learning about policies and procedures, where to go, what type of monitoring and pain interventions are available, etc. What the class doesn't cover, however, is exactly how to improve your chances of an easier recovery by teaching you how to prepare your pelvic floor for birth, how to effectively push, and how to minimize the chances of tearing. It also covers early postpartum recovery! BirthLab is for both you and your partner, and is the best option in the Newtown/Yardley area for this type of class!
