As heat waves ramp up all across the country and we're all sweltering and trying to run through the heat, we decided it's time to FINALLY talk about running in the heat! We chat a little about how our training is going and how we are getting through training through the summer months with advice from Runner World on how to handle it. In addition we have our usual nonsense where things go off the rails, Tom reigns us in so that we can tell you what we're running for, celebrate our Goal Getters and end with Something Good!
