As Paul pursued the will of God, he faced fierce opposition and even a violent storm at sea on his journey to Rome, yet he still took time to give thanks. His example shows us that gratitude is possible even in the midst of chaos and uncertainty. As a church, although we have endured hardship and trial this past year, we can be thankful for the God who is always in control.
