1) Aaron’s story, how he began as a pro wrestler which involved a lot of performing in life and in the online space. When Aaron’s sister Rachel died by suicide in 2018, followed by the pandemic, Aaron decided to go all in and follow his purpose to bring conversation and awareness to the topics of suicide, mental health, and offering support for many demographics including mental health for professional wrestlers. 2) How our identity is who we are at the core, repeated beingness, and how we can all do better when it comes to the conversations around mental health.
