My guest today is Kirsten Dyck. Kirsten got her PhD in American Studies from Washington State University in 2012. She taught History, Humanities, Academic Writing, and English as a Foreign Language at James Madison University from 2012 to 2017 after which she joined the Peace Corps and taught English in Poltava, Ukraine. She currently teaches Conversational English and Cross-Cultural Communication at Nanjing Xiaozhuang University in China. In 2016 she published the book Reichsrock: The International Web of White Power and Neo-Nazi Hate Music with Rutgers University Press, which will be the topic of our conversation today.
