He co-founded Logan Brown, one of NZ’s best restaurants, hosted a bunch of TV shows and created Depot Eatery and Federal Deli — two absolute Auckland institutions. He’s cooked for world leaders, fished every corner of Aotearoa, and probably poured more beers for strangers than most bartenders.
