    4. Perceive the desired future as possible, because your outcome will rarely exceed your outlook. 
    5. Perceive the problem as inevitable and solvable, because you will not solve the thing you think you can't. 
    6. Perceive our role as steward not owner. This isn't ours to control, it's ours to manage.
