In this coaching episode:

A dietitian is about to switch jobs and will now have a new schedule, and will be able to step away from weight-loss work. She's realizing that the diet mentality has a stronghold on her approach to nutrition. She dabbled in weight loss for her wedding, and wrapped much her of dietitian identity up in certain healthy eating practices and messages.  She's curious about intuitive eating, but struggling with how to implement the principles for herself.
