Mercury doing its things again! Mercury is in retrograde Jan 30-Feb 20, 2021 and it's known to resurface the old stuff. Old emotions, old stories, and old patterns. 👏🏾Things we thought we healed through, start to show back up. Mercury is the planet of communication. This is a notorious time for communication elements to act up: emails expressing yourself and needs understanding others texts 🌷Though it's easy to blame the retrograde for the way you feel about old things resurfacing and the communication mishaps, this is an opportunity to look into WHY these things keep resurfacing for you. 🌟Why is this thought, feeling, behavior, or situation showing up again? 🌟What can I feel and heal through so that I can energetically release this? 🌟What is my own responsibility in reacting these situations in my life? As you reflect, know that the retrograde isn't bringing up anything that doesn't already exist within you. This energy only AMPLIFIES what's already there. Allow yourself to reflect with grace for yourself. 👏🏾Oh, Don't text no ex.👏🏾
