Today we discuss his latest book "The Truth About Food: why pandas eat bamboo and people get bamboozled" which can be found on Amazon and kindle at https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07H8N32NX?ref_=pe_3052080_276849420

He has no conflicts of interest, except all profits from the book sales go to the not-for-profit True Health Initiative.

There are few areas that get as heated as nutrition and food. In this podcast we try to build bridges and consider that there is a lot more in common to different healthy eating philosophies than there is different. We discuss the importance of a whole-food way of life, the bias and fallacies that can and has influenced this discussion, the approaches to nutrition statistics, the industries/media/egos/ideologies that may influence the food system, the environmental impact of food, reconnecting with real whole food and much more.
