In this episode, I am sharing a quote by Wayne W. Dyer: “You can't give away what you don't have. Wayne Dyer said, ‘’if you peel an orange and squeeze it, you will get orange juice. You can’t get any other fruit juice when you squeeze an orange because there is orange juice inside the orange that comes out.’’ What is inside always comes out and sometimes it comes out in ways you wish it didn’t.
In today’s episode, we discuss:
1) You can't give what you don't have, you can't keep what you don't give, and you can't sustain what you don't receive. Similarly, when provoked what is in your heart comes out through your mouth. Sometimes the people you love hurt you the most. 2) The fill-your-cup analogy is taken one step further. I share a story of expecting to feel forgiveness and receive it from others, yet I hadn’t given it to myself first. 3) How can you BE the change you are searching for first with no expectations of what someone should or shouldn’t do for you?
