In this episode, I am sharing a thought I heard about what are you magnifying and focusing on. Your past mistakes are meant to guide you not define you. “One's past does not define them... it is what they have chosen to do from that point forward.” ~unknown
In today’s episode, we discuss:
1) Where your focus goes your energy flows. You can learn from your past mistakes, but amplifying them with a magnifying glass, overanalyzing them, hyperfocusing on them is not going to change your story. At some point, you have to recognize that it is part of your story, part of your journey. 2) The power of zooming out, standing in the gain recognizing how far you have come, and honoring what that experience taught you. 3) What if you amplified your assets, your gratitudes, your lessons, your experiences, your unique qualities, your superpowers, etc., what/how would that change your future?
