In this episode, I am sharing a thought that we spend so much time trying not to stand out that instead, we put ourselves in a box that blocks our connections. “Your need for acceptance can make you invisible in this world. Don't let anything stand in the way of the light that shines through this form. Risk being seen in all of your glory, and never apologize for burning too brightly.”
In today’s episode, we discuss:
1) Your light will give someone else permission to shine theirs, you show them what is possible. They need your light to find theirs. “What sets you apart can sometimes feel like a burden and it's not. And a lot of the time, it's what makes you great.” — Emma Stone.
2) Tony Robbins, “The people that are most fulfilled are the people that are growing and the people that are giving. We tend to hide our uniqueness, when you think of a tree growing in a forest, they are all trees, but every single one of them is different and shaped differently, humans are fighting the same filament and it comes from owning our differences and letting them be seen. 3) If you’re not sure, look at who you connect with online, whose stories you watch and connect with they are the people that are showing themselves in their every day, their uniqueness, their unique personality, their imperfections, that is what you are connected to, and that is what will connect you to the people you are meant to connect with.
